The Full Experience
Attire: Green, Orange, Coral, Yellow, Sexy Active-Wear
Active Movement: The evening features a mix of skating and hula-hoop contests to get your energy flowing.
Grounded Restoration: You will participate in grounded stretching and Kemetic Yoga to prepare your body for movement.
Sound Healing: The event includes immersive sound meditations and singing meditations to help you tune in and regulate your nervous system.
Curated Shopping: Explore a small, intentional selection of local wellness and craft vendors.
Community Connection: The night wraps up with an "Epic Community Hang-out" for food, drinks, and rest with like-minded individuals.
