HoneyBeLite Movement Studio
Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for or participating in any class, workshop, private session, or event offered by HoneyBeLite Movement Studio, including but not limited to yoga, Trap Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, stretching, meditation, or movement experiences, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in movement classes and related activities is completely voluntary and that I may withdraw at any time.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that movement-based activities involve physical exertion and may include risks such as:
sprains
dizziness or fainting
muscle strains or soreness
injury due to slips or falls

I acknowledge that HoneyBeLite Movement Studio and its instructors cannot eliminate these risks.

3. Physical Health Certification

By participating, I certify that:

• I am physically able to take part in movement classes

• I have consulted a healthcare provider if I have health concerns

• I will listen to my body and modify or stop as needed

I agree to notify the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or limitations before class.

4. Assumption of Responsibility

I assume full responsibility for my participation and for any injury or discomfort I may experience. I understand that I am free to modify or decline any movement or exercise offered.

5. Release and Waiver

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I release and discharge:

all instructors, staff, contractors, volunteers

from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Breathwork and Music Content

I understand that some classes may include:

• guided breathwork

• meditation

• music with mature themes

and I may opt out at any time.

7. Personal Property

I understand that HoneyBeLite Movement Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

8. Media Release (optional)

I give permission for photographs or video taken during classes or events to be used for marketing or educational purposes.
I understand I may decline this by informing the instructor in writing prior to class.

9. Minors

Participants under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign this waiver.

10. Agreement

By registering online, electronically signing, or participating in any HoneyBeLite class or event, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understand this waiver

• I agree to all terms voluntarily

• This agreement is legally binding
