Root Healing Circle: First Fridays
November Theme: From Scarcity to Safety in Relationships
This 90-minute Root Healing Circle is a guided, therapeutic experience designed to help you shift from scarcity-based relating (fear, over-functioning, protest) to safety-based relating (trust, clarity, regulation).
Through the lens of Rooted Function Theory™, you’ll learn reframes that lower emotional intensity, repair ruptures, and strengthen connection. You’ll leave with practical language, somatic tools, and a digital workbook to continue your practice.

Rupture-to-Repair Workbook (PDF) - one day before the workshop
In December, we’ll journey into The Root to How We Function — exploring how your early environments, emotional conditioning, and unspoken family patterns shape your current behaviors in love, work, and connection.
You’ll uncover what drives your functional style:
Over-functioning or under-functioning tendencies
Emotional avoidance vs. emotional flooding
The difference between “who I became to survive” and “who I’m becoming to thrive.”
This session is designed to help you understand why you function the way you do — and how to begin re-rooting your function in alignment, not adaptation.
Each participant will receive:
A guided “Rooted Function Mapping” exercise
December’s Root-to-Function Journal Sheet (PDF)
Somatic release ritual and group reflection
