Why is your business/service important in the mental health / wellness space?: My business is important due to understanding that an abundant number of beings on this plane live with internal, physical chaos. As a Plant Doctor, Phytotherapist, Master Clinical therapist & Master Clinical Aromatherapist it is understood that the body is diligent in maintaining the life experience, however, the physical body in which the spirit belongs to needs balance. Creating products that give an array of options to targeting the organs and the organ systems individually and collectively, beings have the chance to live in peace. The body is such a magical place, and it is one of the places in which we also carry a vibration. Depending on what it is you ingest, one may not be aware that the ingested product can correct or be the addition to high or low vibration. The frequency in which the body need to be is not where it stands and that plays a major role in habits, patterns and lack of discipline. However, the body is never in consistent balance, nut there are ways to refrain from consistent imbalance.

What’s something significant you’re learned about mental health and wellness? How did you learn it? : Mental health is connected to the health of the physical body and the spirit. The body naturally responds to deficiencies through a cry or a scream. This may only feel like a random pinch of a nerve or mild forgetfulness for the moment. However, your body is communicating to you in such a clear manner that something of a larger spectrum is happening. The deficiencies that the body experiences determine how you feel, how you think, how you respond and how you go about lightening the situation. I learned through experience. Having been diagnosed with two cysts in my left ovary and one in my right, it was now clear as to why i had been experiencing elongated cycles and tremendous pain. I had to do something about it. Learning from my mother how to use herbs, fruits and vegetables in a proper and correct manner from a young age, I was able to shrink and completely dissolve my cysts on my own. I am grateful for my mother and her knowledge, grateful for her passing down thorough information and knowledge, and am grateful to assist other in ways in which my mother assisted me.

What’s ONE thing you want us to know about self-love? And what are some things in your own regimen? : Self-Love is actually being able to enhance the ability to listen to oneself. It is the one of the most imperative offerings you can bless yourself with. It is the gift of free flowing and purely open communication with yourself mind, body, and spirit.

Some things that I do within my own regimen are meditating and journaling immediately upon rising, being gentle with my entire being and remaining present with self.

What’s one thing we can do today to live, life, well?: Learn to be aware of your breathing! It is so important to have awareness with this because breathing is an extension of the 4 elements (Air). It is a major key to the life source within you and honoring it can have beautiful benefits on the Nervous System. The more balanced the Nervous System, the easier it is for the body to function.

What's something women need more of?: Women need more lack of self-criticism. Women carry a lot, things that others don't deserve for them to. Women need more internal peace with self.
