Weekend Hours

SATURDAYS | Sundays (rentals start after 2:30p on 1st & 3rd)

Short Rental: $365 | Deposit $200 | Pay remainder one week before event

(a) 12:30p to 4:30p. (b) 5:30p to 9:30p

Guests receives 3.5 hrs to use how they please. There is no extra time unless 1hr is added at $85 or 30min added at $65

Long Rental: $500 | Deposit $250 | Pay remainder one week before event

(a) 2:30p to 7:00p (b) 4:30p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Event Rental Amenties

  • Capacity 20 to 35 guests

  • the entire space is 1800 square ft, has one bathroom, a stove, sink, mini fridge and microwave

  • Two large dance mirrors | small waiting room

  • Check out counter and wooden shelving

  • Guests are free to arrange furniture and decorate freely. We provide cleaning supplies

  • Tables and Chairs are included | we provide 7 6-ft tables that are white (table cloths not provided), we provide 49 white chairs from IKEA (coverings not provided)

  • We also provide 4 wooden tables that can be use for buffet style serving. The length is 4.5ft

  • We have one wooden backdrop (7’11 by 7) in the space that can be used for decor and balloon arches on wheels

  • Guests can use their own food vendors | wine and champagne can be served | all other drinks would need a licensed bartender

  • DJs are not allowed | a bluetooth speaker and studio phone is provided for music

  • Parking is free all around the building and lots in front of the space
