How keep Your Mind at Ease ...

Your mind can be a messy playground or your greatest asset. Are you someone where your mind runs wild often? It’s okay, it happens to the best of us. We are constantly experiencing life events frequently, so it’s no surprise that we get lost in the sauce. At HoneyBeNatural, we believe in helping you to live life well and a big part of that is keeping your mind centered and at ease.

Why is this even important? We know that stress is a silent killer and the dramas of life can steal your peace. Over time you start to carry the weight of life on your shoulders and honestly, why would we want that for you? Just be assured that there are solutions and we hope out of these three resonate with you.  Here’s three things you can do to keep your mind at ease:

Number one: Make a list of all of the people and things that you love. This activity is laced with gratitude. It's a simple way to think of everything you have as opposed to what you don’t have. If you find there’s a deficit in any area, then you know your areas of improvement. Although we can’t control the families we’re born into, romantic partners we met, when we have kids or get married, we can control how we show up and the ways we open ourselves up to receive. Think of love and let the rest fall into place.

Number two: Create one positive ritual that you do each day. This can be something as simple as creating a nourishing face care routine or as extensive as winding down with a glass of wine after a warm bath soak before bed. Rituals give you something to look forward to. It’s dedicated time that you take out for yourself to just be. Rituals give you time to think of who you are becoming and how you create better days for yourself and anything attached to you.

Number Three: Getting ahead of your stress. Anticipate the areas in your life that can cause you the greatest amount of stress. You can make a list of your pet peeves in business and create a strategy to deal with those things. Set healthy boundaries to ensure you remain in your square. An example of this can be setting office hours, creating communication and feedback forms for your clients, setting a window for shipping product deliverables or even having a predetermined discount for family and friends so your boundaries in business are not constantly tested. Rules are a necessary evil, but setting rules for yourself can be imperative to keeping your mind at ease.
