What inspired you to start your business? What motivates you to keep going?: My son inspired me. He has eczema and I started making whipped Shea butter for him, which really helped his skin. What keeps me going is my willingness to be better. I want to learn as much as possible so I can share with others to help with their skin ailments.

How do you create the life you want?: By taking it one day at a time. I am a planner, I write out everything and this helps me to stay focused. Also my husband plays a huge part in me staying focused.

What makes you HUMAN?: Meaning mistakes makes me human. I find the perfect time to create or to share and there may NEVER be a perfect time, so I have to allow myself to just do and correct along the way.

What's three things you want us to know about self-love/wellness?: Self-love is an ugly and beautiful process. It’s euphoric. Learning to understand the messy, ugly, awkward, dark parts of yourself and loving them despite how others may see you is beautiful. But knowing you have the ability to be who you desire is priceless.

What's something we can incorporate today to LIVE LIFE WELL?:: Meditate. Take 5 mins do breathing exercises, sit by the ocean, watch the sunset or journal. Be mindful of how you feel and embrace it. Just be present.
