What inspired you to start your business? What motivates you to keep going?: My boys were and still is my inspiration.

Knowing that my products are making a difference in people lives.

How do you create the life you want?: I create the life I want by making my family a priority and being intentional.

What makes you HUMAN?: Being a mother. I've learned so much about myself since becoming a mom to my two boys.

What's three things you want us to know about self-love/wellness?: Self-love means having to put yourself first at times, loving all of you and all your flaws and give yourself Grace.

What's something we can incorporate today to LIVE LIFE WELL?:: Drinking more water. I try my best to drink at least 70 ounces a day but I'm not always successful.
