What inspired you to start your business? What motivates you to keep going?: I was inspired to start my natural wellness business because I want to live longer and healthier. People survived longer before the prescription drugs and chemicals in food and products.

What keeps me going are the results.

How do you create the life you want?: I imagine it, dream it, then affirm and move towards it. Once I stopped being negative about everything and started doing this, life started to open up.

What makes you HUMAN?: I'm human because I have feelings and compassion.

What's three things you want us to know about self-love/wellness?: 1. It's all about what YOU think.

2. Don't settle for less than you know you deserve because then you'll get less than you settled for.

3. Take time for and to treat yourself.

What's something we can incorporate today to LIVE LIFE WELL?:: Think a positive thought, smile and keep it all day.
