What inspired you to start your business? What motivates you to keep going?: My first delivery was long, painful, scary and stressful. When my second pregnancy came along I refused to believe that I had to go thru the same thing again. It was suggested that I drink herbal tea. Problem was I couldn't find organic herbal loose leaf tea that I believed was right for me and my baby --- so I made it. My second baby came spontaneously at home, quick, natural and healthy. I realized I had friends and family that were looking for the same thing -- so I gave it to them. From there Hotty Herbals was born. I jumped on this path to create something I myself truly loves and share that love with others. This opportunity has brought so much joy to my family. They enjoy helping me build this company and support me. More-so, I am enjoying building a legacy for children's future, to have choices and opportunities.

How do you create the life you want?: One brick at a time. WIth patience, hard work, creativity, support and love.

What makes you HUMAN?: The ability to show compassion. Recognizing someone else in need and doing something positive to help them thru that need.

What's three things you want us to know about self-love/wellness?: 1. Give yourself grace

2. Continuously be on a mission to out-love yourself

3. Wellness is not a symbol of perfection but an ongoing opportunity to grow and be better

What's something we can incorporate today to LIVE LIFE WELL?:: Celebrate everything. Every moment that makes you smile, laugh, reflect, learn and love. You have one life to live - it's hard, challenging but sooo rewarding. Don't take it for granted, memorialize as much as you can.
