Your Turn

Your Turn

Here is the platter that you didn’t order, but you served others so well.

You want to tell me about Heaven and you full of blazing Hell.

Love me today; hate me tomorrow because I don’t dance to your beat.

There is only man that I will ever bow down to, now you can have a seat.

You will learn in a minute because sooner than later it’ll be YOUR TURN!

Live for him, not them.

I’ve played and prayed alone for quite some time.

With or without you, believe me when I say, I’ll be just fine.

Bottom line, you don’t make me nor break me and I ain’t got time!

Your turn,

Worry about your own soul.

Stop being so hateful, bitter, and cold,

Misery is something you have consented to.

Now, all I can say is, Bless you.

Worry about your own soul.

You don’t have a set of keys to mine.
