Lupita Nyong’o electrified the red carpet last Saturday, February 22nd in a saucy gown that brought sexy back in a brand new way!
Lupita Nyong’o has been a driving force in fashion, since her brown breakout debut in the film “12 Years a Slave”. Her every fashion move has been tracked and we can all see that her fountain of style never runs dry! Lupita rocked a bursting bright orange Givenchy gown that really put her frontal area on front street-and it was a red carpet smash!
Impeccable style was not the only red hot hit for the NAACP awards show. Lupita also went home with the Best Supporting Actress trophy for her work in 12 Years a Slave! This win was not easily won. Also in her category were stars, Alfre Woodard, Lupita’s 12 Years a Slave co-star, Lee Daniels’ The Butler‘s Oprah Winfrey, Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom‘s Naomie Harris, and Fruitvale Station‘s Octavia Spencer! Both the film and Nyong’o has been blazing an award winning trail and it doesn’t look like things will be slowing down anytime soon.
